Every participating athlete must complete a release of liability form. This form ensures that athletes and guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of participating in practices, competitions, and travel, while agreeing to follow the Club’s safety rules and regulations.

To register your athlete, complete the Triple Threat Track Club Registration Form. This form collects important details like the athlete's name, contact information, emergency contact, track skill level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), preferred events (e.g., 100m, 200m), and their availability for practices.

AAU registration is required for all athletes to compete in AAU-licensed events. The membership runs annually from September 1 to August 31 and costs $20 for regular coverage or $22 for extended coverage. Regular coverage allows participation in AAU-hosted events, while extended coverage includes both AAU and non-AAU events. Registration ensures compliance with AAU rules and provides access to a full season of competitions.

USATF membership allows athletes to compete in a variety of local, regional, and national events across different disciplines, including track & field, cross country, and more. The annual membership costs $30 per calendar year and includes benefits like accident insurance at sanctioned events, travel discounts, and partner perks. Memberships purchased between November 1 and December 31 are valid through the following calendar year at no extra cost. To compete, athletes must register within their association of residence and can access a wide range of exclusive resources and savings through Team USATF.

The track meet and practice schedules will be finalized and shared once all team registrations and event details are confirmed. Typically, this information is made available at the beginning of the season. Families will be notified via email and through updates on the Triple Threat Track Club website.
